• Perform analysis, modeling of hydraulic and mechanical systems supported by the test data to quantify design parameters as required to support the commercialization of product specifications. Involvement included Fluidic Analysis, R&D lab and Wet lab Tests, comparison product specs, redesign recommendations (utilizing Mathcad, Matlab, Simulink, Excel, DAS software etc.).
• Perform development of experimental articulation joint (AJ) tracking system to improve angular measurement accuracy. Based on this research the Infrared optical tracking method was selected. Using unique AJ motion geometry, a new method to define the articulation angle of AJ was developed. Mathematical algorithms for image processing and analysis were created and implemented (Matlab, Mathcad).
• Participate as a team member in feasibility studies to prove concept of the Electromagnetic Imaging during medical procedure, including: the Bench tests technical evaluation; the Wet Lab and Animal Lab Technical evaluation; Technical, Preclinical and Clinical Assessments; Human Factor Assessment; Feasibility of System Level; Intellectual Property Summary Assessment.
• Contribute in brainstorming meetings, generation and processing of technical reports, creating of SOP’s, multiple presentations and submission of disclosures as appropriate.

• Developed air-traffic control software - debugging and algorithms.
• Programmed CPU, TCP/IP, Multiplexer Integration DCSS and OIU.

Duties included design, analysis as well as research and development of new concepts, products, and processes in the following areas:

• Conducted research of ultra high-pressure (up to 65,000 psi) waterjet cutting system components: wear, erosion and cavitation problems, using design of experiment (polynomial, multifactorial, optimization) as method.
• Analyzed linear, non-linear stress and material for high pressure elements (including polymer based seals) utilizing ALGOR finite element analysis software.
• Investigated (experimental and computational) material behavior under high water pressure (up to 65,000 psi). Used static and dynamic (cycling) load. Conducted test, including moving parts and polymer based seals.
• Designed linear hydraulic pump and double-intensifier feedback control systems.
• Conducted experimental and theoretical investigation of the temperature field distribution in high pressure elements, cooling systems and compressed fluids.
• Developed experimental techniques for measurement by sensors and data acquisition systems (C programming), wrote few programs for PLC.
• Developed the laser/optical aliment and control positioning device.
